Quotations and orders

Prices and schedules depend on final size, quantity, material, artwork, finishing, delivery and availability. An order begins after written approval and any agreed advance payment.

Artwork approval

Customers are responsible for checking spelling, numbers, layout, size, colour references and all other details before approval. Production based on approved artwork may not be cancelled once work has started.

Colour and production tolerance

Screen colours may differ from printed output. Reasonable trade tolerances can apply to colour, cutting, folding, registration and quantity.

Express services

10-minute urgent stamp service and 30-minute visiting card or letterhead service are subject to outlet workload, suitable ready artwork, product and material availability, quantity, finishing requirements, verification documents and confirmation by our team.

Customer content

The customer confirms that supplied content and artwork may lawfully be reproduced and do not infringe third-party rights. We may refuse unlawful, misleading or inappropriate work.

Collection, delivery and claims

Customers should inspect orders promptly. Any issue should be reported with supporting photos and order details as soon as reasonably possible. Delivery timings may be affected by third-party couriers or events outside our control.
